Excursion to Doñana from Seville
Enjoy a trip in the heart of nature.
The excursion to the Doñana National Park will take place in a 4×4 car. We will visit the Sevillian town of Puebla del Río, at the gateway to the Doñana marshes. In this town we will find one of the best preserved wild olive forests in the area, the Dehesa de Abajo, home to the largest colony of white storks in Europe. We can observe hundreds of birds in their natural habitat.
We will take a short tour of the village of El Rocío, famous for its pilgrimage. We will visit the Ermita del Rocío, the famous Sanctuary of Our Lady of El Rocío.
After our visit to the village, we will move on to the Acebrón Palace to discover the gallery forest, another of Doñana’s ecosystems. After a short circular nature walk, we will take a short break for lunch.
We will continue our excursion visiting the beach of Doñana, where we will be able to see the famous moving dunes and observe the flora and fauna characteristic of this ecosystem. Weather permitting, we can enjoy a refreshing swim.
We will return to Seville at sunset, crossing the wooded area of the Doñana National Park to see the outstanding fauna of the area, such as deer, foxes, wild boar and try to spot the famous Iberian lynx.

This tour can be booked on Mon - Tue - Wed - Thu - Fri - Sat - Sun.
What is the meeting point?
The meeting point is at Trajano Street, 6, Hotel Don Paco (Plaza Padre Jerónimo de Córdoba, 4) and Rastro Street, 12A. The pick-up time varies according to the time of year and the animals’ cycle. After booking, the time and meeting point must be confirmed by email or telephone. . The duration of the tour is approximately 10 hours.

The tour is available in Spanish, English, French and Italian. To guarantee the availability of tours in French and Italian, a minimum of 3 people is required.
