Visit to the Market + Cooking Workshop
Prepare and taste typical Andalusian dishes with the help of an expert chef.
We will visit the food market, looking at the seasonal products, exchanging opinions with the different sellers and making the last purchases necessary for a cooking class. In a room for our workshop, we will get down to work. Everything will be prepared live and the participants will take part in all the processes of the different preparations, learning, collaborating and enjoying a drink while cooking. The dishes that are prepared and eaten will depend on the season in which we are, being recipes of traditional Andalusian and Spanish gastronomy.
The menu will always consist of Appetizer, Starter, Main Course and Dessert, and drinks are included (local wines, beer, soft drinks, water and coffee).
Some of the dishes prepared will be Gazpacho andaluz, salmorejo cordobés, chickpeas with prawns (or spinach) + Iberian pork, rice dishes (paella, arroz caldoso, etc.), baked fish, molluscs and shellfish, etc.
