The tourist service provided by Sevilla4Real (hereinafter the provider) is subject to the provisions contained in various laws including Law 16/1987 of 30 July 1987 on the regulation of land transport and its subsequent amendments, in Decree 168/1994 of 30 May 1994 on the regulation of travel agencies and in the regulation 21/1995 of 6 July 1995 on package tours and other provisions in force. When the participants travel in vehicles with more than 9 seats including driver, the applicable law is Decree 319/1990 of 21 December, regulating the transport of passengers by road using motor vehicles, chapter IV, and the service will be subcontracted to a transport company.

The provider offers excursions, active tourism activities and guided tours where the transport is a complement to the main activity of guiding and visiting one or more destinations and the client knows or should know at all times that his voucher corresponds to the payment for a general visit and not for a transport service between one or more destinations.

When contracting our services, the client must be aware that the activities carried out involve associated risks. The provider has all the permits and insurance required of a retail travel agency and active tourism company. By contracting our activities, the client accepts that he/she will not be able to demand extraordinary indemnities to those included in our compulsory insurances produced during the course of the activities or as a consequence of any traffic accident of the private transport associated to our tourist activity.

If the client encounters a complaint during the excursion, he/she can immediately inform the person responsible for the trip (guide, accompanying person, group leader, etc.). This will give us the opportunity to correct the possible error immediately. Subsequent complaints that were not made at the time of the problem will not be accepted.

The provider reserves the right to cancel the excursions if there are justified reasons or if the minimum number of participants is not reached. This can be communicated to the interested party the day before the activity is due to take place.
