8 DAYS TRIP: ANDALUSIA, HISTORY & CULTURE
Proposed Program
Day 1 - Arrive Sevilla
Arrival to Sevilla from Madrid or Pick up at the Airport or Train Station
2:00pm - Tapas lunch and afternoon siesta. Introduction/orientation session at the hotel.
8:30pm -Welcome dinner AT ABADES TRIANA RESTAURANT
Day 2 - Sevilla
9:30am - Historical city tour including the majestic sites: Cathedral of Sevilla, La Giralda, Plaza del Cabildo, and the Alcázar Palace of Sevilla.
2:00pm - Lunch AT RESTAURANTE EL CABILDO and then open time to explore the city.
Evening on your own

Day 3 – Grazalema village and Ronda day trip
9:00am - Visit two of the most charming Pueblos Blancos (White Villages) of the region. These charming mountain villages are characterized by their moorish architecture and steep/narrow streets.
Lunch in Ronda or in the winery
Visit to a bodega in Ronda (LA MELONERA or CUESTA LA VIÑA WINERY) for a wine tasting and to know the wines of the region.
Return to Sevilla in the late afternoon
Evening on your own
Day 4 - Sevilla
10:00am – Casa de las Dueñas tour, one of the oldest and hidden palaces of the city. Discover the 15th and 16th centuries architecture visiting this amazing private house that belongs to the Noble House of Alba.
12:00-1h Guadalquivir river eco cruise to discover the beautiful views.
1:30pm - Lunch (TABERNA DEL ALABARDERO or similar) and then open time to explore the city.
Optional: 2h Shopping tour (gourmet and small shops)
Optional: Wine tasting pairing with some special dishes of Andalusian cuisine.
Evening on your own.

Day 5 - Córdoba
8:00am - Early departure to Córdoba.
Historical tour of Córdoba exploring its famous sites, including the Mosque of Córdoba, Roman Bridge, and Synagogue (Special singing of the old Jesiwh community)
Explore the fascinating history of Andalusian’s Sephardim Jews, in a cultural center - Centro de Interpretación Judería Meet with a specialist who will discuss the Jews of Andalucía and their influence in the region.
1:30pm - Lunch (AT BODEGAS CAMPO or similar) and coffee or tea with pastries in an antique typical Andalusian house.
5:00pm Patios of Cordoba tour.
Overnight in Córdoba.

Day 6 - Granada
8:30am- Early departure to Granada.
Tour of the fabulous Alhambra (World HeritageSite) with a specialist guide.
1:30pm – Lunch and siesta/free time.
7:00pm - Evening Flamenco music and dance at a typical tablao (Los Olvidaos). Learn the history of the music, dance, instruments, and chants that have made flamenco famous throughout the world.
Overnight in Granada
Day 7 - Granada
10:00am- Historical tour of another World Heritage Site, the Albaicín district of Granada. Including a Ceramic tiles painting workshop with a specialist who will discuss moorish history and the influence in Andalusian art and culture.
2:00pm - Lunch and then open afternoon/evening to explore the city Evening on your own.
Day 8 - Depart Granada
Big goodbye to this majestic region and Transfer to the airport or train station
